Frequently asked questions
How is a slow juicer different from a normal juicer?
A normal (centrifugal) juicer shreds produce at high speed. A slow juicer presses it gently, which gives smoother juice with less foam, a better yield from leafy greens, and drier pulp.
Do I need to cut fruit first?
Less than with most juicers. The 78 mm chute takes small whole apples and citrus halves. Cut larger or very hard produce into chunks, and remove stones and hard pits.
Can it juice celery and leafy greens?
Yes. For the best results, alternate greens with something firmer like apple or carrot. If fibres build up, press the reverse (R) button.
Is it easy to clean?
Yes. Rinse the parts under running water straight after juicing, before the pulp dries, and use the included brush on the strainer.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking number as soon as your juicer is on its way. See Shipping & delivery for delivery times.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, in line with EU consumer law. See Returns & refunds.
