14-day right of withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer law.
How to return
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the product you want to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the product back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original packaging where possible.
Refunds
We refund the full price of the product, plus the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may wait to refund until we have received the product back or you've sent proof of return. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Return shipping
The cost of sending a product back is paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, faulty or not as described.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.

All products come with the 2-year legal guarantee for consumer goods in the EU.
