Where we ship
We ship to Croatia and most EU countries. The countries we deliver to are shown at checkout.
Shipping costs
- Free tracked shipping on all orders over €40
- Orders under €40: a small flat fee, shown at checkout before you pay
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment.
Delivery times
- Products from EU warehouses: usually 3–7 working days
- Other products: usually 10–15 working days
The expected delivery time is shown in each product's FAQ. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or peak periods.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking number.
Multiple parcels
If your order contains products from different warehouses, it may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers.
Problems with delivery
If your tracking hasn't updated for a while or your parcel is late, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
